案例:申诉人王某,系市织巾厂(集体企业)职工,现年49岁,居住在该厂;被诉人市织巾厂,法定代表人高某,系该厂厂长。双方因补缴养老保险费等问题发生劳动争议,申诉人向市劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁,请求被诉人补缴申诉人1970年4月以来的养老保险费,恢复申诉人应享受的织巾厂一切福利,并按下岗职工安排落实福利待遇。
Case: The petitioner, Wang, was a worker of the weaving towel factory (collective enterprise) who is 49 years old and lives in the factory. The respondent City Zhoushuo Factory and the legal representative Gao Mou are the director of the factory. The labor disputes occurred between the two parties due to the payment of old-age insurance premiums.
