将蓝粒小麦中携带有蓝色胚乳基因和育性恢复基因的4E 染色体,附加到小麦核型雄性不育系上,选育出蓝标型小麦雄性不育、保持系。该体系浅蓝粒种子长出植株自交结实,粒色分离为深蓝、浅蓝和白粒。其中,白粒种子长出植株,全部为雄性不育,为普通小麦品种所恢复,杂种优势显著;浅蓝粒种子植株则自交结实,粒色仍分离为深蓝、浅蓝和白粒,可作为雄性不育的保持系;深蓝粒种子植株自交结实,粒色深蓝不分离。白粒、浅蓝粒和深蓝粒种子植株,在减数分裂中期Ⅰ的染色体构型,分别为21Ⅱ、21Ⅱ十1Ⅰ和22Ⅱ.
