目的探讨女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤血中ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ含量之间的关系。方法采用分光光度法测定患者与对照组血中ＳＯＤ、ＭＤＡ水平，并进行比较。结果恶性肿瘤组血中ＳＯＤ含量明显低于良性肿瘤组与对照组；ＭＤＡ含量明显高于良性肿瘤组与对照组。结论ＳＯＤ和ＭＤＡ含量测定对诊断妇科恶性肿瘤及判断预后有一定价值
Objective To investigate the relationship between SOD and MDA in blood of female reproductive system malignant tumors. Methods The levels of SOD and MDA in blood of patients and controls were determined by spectrophotometry and compared. Results The SOD content in the malignant tumor group was significantly lower than that in the benign tumor group and the control group. The MDA content was significantly higher in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group and the control group. Conclusion The determination of SOD and MDA content has a certain value in diagnosing gynecologic malignancy and predicting prognosis
