在体外培养的AGZY83a肺癌细胞中,实验组加入新城疫病毒(NDV)疫苗,对照组加入PBS液,孵育后光镜、电镜观察结果表明,实验组NDV颗粒附着在癌细胞表面,大量癌细胞坏死,可见凋零状死亡,微绒毛变短、融合消失,并形成凋落小体。对照组细胞增殖较快,死亡率较稳定;实验组细胞增殖较慢,死亡率逐渐增加
In in vitro cultured AGZY83a lung cancer cells, Newcastle disease virus (NDV) vaccine was added to the experimental group, and PBS solution was added to the control group. After light microscope and electron microscope observation, the NDV particles of the experimental group adhered to the surface of cancer cells. A large number of cancer cells are necrotic, with a dying death, shortened microvilli, disappearance of fusion, and the formation of litter bodies. In the control group, the proliferation of cells was faster and the mortality rate was more stable; in the experimental group, the proliferation of cells was slower and the mortality rate increased gradually.
