管理不仅是一门技术科学,还是一种文化的产物。而在中国传统文化中,儒家文化占有重要地位。中庸之道是儒家思想的核心,影响了中国二千多年,是中国人为人处事的原则和方法,它塑造了中国人的性格,是有中国特色的思维模式,因其已固化为中国人的文化基因,所以至今还在发挥着重要的影响。近年来本土化管理研究日渐兴起,其立论基点便是中庸原则。中庸之道在管理中应用当首推人力资源管理领域,本文试图从人力资源管理的几个侧面对中庸理念的运用进行探讨式研究。
