企业文化建设教育培训作为人力资源的重要职能,作为企业培养企业文化,提高员工工作效率和工作效能的重要手段,越来越受到企业的重视。鱼峰集团公司早在20世纪90年代就开始培育企业文化,并提出了“首创精神,团队意识;个人价值,卓越工作;一流品质,满意服务”的企业精神和“争创一流,开拓八方”的企业口号,但是在企业的培训中没有将企业文化建设教育培训作为人力资源的重要职能,企业文化培育和企业培训没有更好的融合,形成了“两张皮”的现象。现就如何构建企业文化建设资源,从而对员工进行培训做了如下探讨。
