常用平面扑翼机构左右两翼的运动不对称,导致扑翼飞行器在试飞中常发生翻滚、栽落的现象。为此,首先分析了常用平面扑翼机构两翼运动不对称的原因,介绍了一种包含球副的空间扑翼机构,然后提出并构建了一种全转动副空间扑翼机构。该扑翼机构左右两翼运动对称,并可根据需求灵活设计两翼扑动的急回特性。该全转动副空间扑翼机构结构紧凑,可满足构建小型扑翼飞行器的需求。
Common planar flapping wing movement asymmetry between the left and right wings, resulting in flapping wing aircraft often occur in the test flight, plant falling phenomenon. To this end, firstly, the reasons for the asymmetrical motion of two flanks of the commonly used planar flapping-wing mechanism are analyzed. A space flapping wing mechanism including the ball pair is introduced. Then a full-flapping auxiliary flapping wing mechanism is proposed and constructed. The flapping wing mechanism symmetrical left and right wings, and according to the demand of flexible design two wing flapping quickback feature. The fully-rotating auxiliary space flapping wing mechanism has a compact structure and can meet the requirement of building a small flapping wing aircraft.
