冶炼高炉排放的高温液态渣不经水淬,添加外加剂直接进行玻化处理,可制得饰面材料。由于采用温度高达1350~1450℃的液态渣为主要原料,并且充分利用了液态渣所携带的全部余热,因而具有明显的节能效果。在对铜、铁冶炼液态渣进行玻化试验、研制玻璃饰面材料的基础上,对其玻化的工艺进行了研究。指出:液态渣品种对玻化影响较大,液态铁渣较液态铜渣容易玻化;添加有效外加剂和制订合理工艺制度可使液态渣与外加料有效、均匀混合玻化。
The high-temperature liquid slag discharged from the smelted blast furnace is not subjected to water quenching, and an admixture is directly added to the vitrification treatment to obtain a decorative material. Due to the use of liquid slag with a temperature of up to 1350 to 1450°C as the main raw material, and full use of all the residual heat carried by the liquid slag, it has a significant energy saving effect. Based on the vitrification test of copper and iron smelting liquid slag and the development of glass facing materials, the vitrification process was studied. It is pointed out that the liquid slag has a great influence on the vitrification. The liquid iron slag is easier to vitrify than the liquid copper slag. Adding an effective additive and formulating a reasonable technological system can effectively and uniformly mix the liquid slag and the external material.
