油菜矮秆资源的研究和利用是解决目前油菜品种易倒伏问题并实现机械化操作的有效途径之一。在甘蓝型油菜杂交选育后代中发现了一株高75cm左右、株型紧凑、1次分枝明显增多的矮秆突变体,暂命名为bndf-1(Brassica napusL.,dwarf-1)。该突变体与高秆常规种品系0003、0826的正反交F1株高小于中亲值而偏向矮秆亲本,相应F2分离群体高矮株分离比符合1:3的期望比值,表明bndf-1的矮秆性状受一对不完全显性核基因控制。对正反交F1的产量性状分析表明,该矮秆资源具有较好的生产应用前景。
Research and utilization of rape dwarf resources is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of easy lodging of rapeseed varieties and to realize mechanized operation. A dwarf mutant with a height of about 75cm, a compact plant type and a significant increase of primary branching was found in the progeny of crossbred rapeseed (Brassica napusL., Dwarf-1). The reciprocal of F1 between the mutant and high-stalk conventional lines 0003,0826 was smaller than that of mid-pro-parent and was short of the dwarf parent. The segregation ratio of the high-stalks with high stalks was in accordance with the expected ratio of 1: 3, indicating that the bndf-1 Dwarf traits are controlled by a pair of imperfect dominant nuclear genes. The analysis of yield traits of reciprocal crosses F1 showed that the dwarf resources had a good prospect of production and application.
