对38个苦荞地方品种和其中部分品种分别进行了农艺性状和品质特性评价。结果表明,单株粒重、千粒重等农艺性状相对较低。品质特性中的主要营养要素与全国平均水平相比,蛋白质和氨基酸含量、VE和VPP含量较低;脂肪和芦丁含量大致持平;矿质元素含量较高
The agronomic traits and quality traits of 38 tartary buckwheat cultivars and some of them were evaluated. The results showed that the agronomic traits such as grain weight per plant and grain weight per plant were relatively low.
