弹性往复密封的概念设计是实现密封增效的关键,它确定了密封装置的密封性能和使用寿命。然而,传统的密封设计由于缺乏有效的设计方法指导,密封的增效设计主要依赖于设计人员的经验和技巧,设计过程带有很大的试凑性和偶然性。为了使密封的增效概念设计成为可操作的过程,提出了基于TRIZ的弹性往复密封增效概念设计模型。以密封的高可靠性、有效性、零泄漏、长寿命和低成本作为弹性液压往复密封增效设计的理想解,基于密封的功能属性分析及密封技术系统的进化分析,通过改变密封功能属性的维度和给定密封技术系统沿各条进化路线可能的潜在状态,获得弹性往复密封增效概念设计解。该模型可缩小密封增效设计方案的搜索空间,加快往复密封增效概念设计的进程。通过Y型密封圈的增效概念设计过程验证了该模型的有效性。
The concept of elastic reciprocating seal design is the key to achieve seal efficiency, which determines the sealing performance and service life of the seal. However, the traditional seal design is lack of effective design method guidance. The sealed efficiency design mainly depends on the designer’s experience and skills. The design process has a great deal of trial and error. In order to make the concept of synergistic seal design workable, a conceptual design model of elastic reciprocating seal based on TRIZ is proposed. Based on the analysis of the sealing function and the evolution analysis of the sealing technology system, the high reliability, effectiveness, zero leakage, long life and low cost of the seal are the ideal solutions for the elastic hydraulic reciprocating seal efficiency design. By changing the properties of the sealing function The dimensions and the potential states of a given sealing technology system along each evolutionary trajectory give a conceptual solution to the elastic reciprocating seal. The model can reduce the search space of seal efficiency design scheme and speed up the process of concept design of reciprocal seal efficiency. The effectiveness of this model is verified by the concept of synergistic design of Y-ring.
