一、前言我们所用的微机是IBMPC机,膨胀仪是LINSEIS型膨胀仪。该膨胀仪是六十年代初从东德引进的测量金属材料线膨胀系数的仪器。仪器的所有附属设备均已陈旧,除加热炉外,其控制及测试设备由于稳定性差早已废弃不用。采用微机前,试验方法落后,全部试验过程离不开人的操作与监视。测试结果的精度也受到了一定的影响。在微机广泛应用的今天,电子计算机代替人做各项工作已经推广应用到了各个领域。如何在金属材料的物性测试方面使用电子计算机,我们进行了一些工作。用IBMPC
First, the foreword We use the computer is IBMPC machine, dilatometer is LINSEIS dilatometer. The dilatometer was introduced in the early 1960s from East Germany to measure the linear expansion coefficient of metal materials instrument. All the ancillary equipment of the instrument are outdated. In addition to the heating furnace, the control and testing equipment has been abandoned for lack of stability. Before using the computer, the test method is backward, all the test process can not be separated from human operation and monitoring. The accuracy of the test results has also been affected to a certain extent. Widely used in the computer today, the computer to replace the work of others have been promoting the application to all fields.
