文章利用预腐蚀后的LY12CZ试件,进行了随机谱和等幅谱加载的疲劳及腐蚀疲劳试验,分析了预腐蚀年限和载荷谱对腐蚀疲劳影响系数的影响。试验结果表明:①腐蚀疲劳影响系数与预腐蚀年限呈递增趋势且当预腐蚀到一定程度时腐蚀疲劳影响系数趋近于1,这意味着在飞机日历寿命的中后期可以不考虑腐蚀疲劳的作用;②腐蚀疲劳影响系数与载荷谱呈现出弱相关性,因此在日历寿命的研究中只需进行少量的等幅谱下的腐蚀疲劳影响系数研究即可。
In this paper, the fatigue and corrosion fatigue tests of pre-corroded LY12CZ specimens were carried out, and the effects of pre-corrosion life and load spectrum on the corrosion fatigue coefficient were analyzed. The results show that: (1) the influence coefficient of corrosion fatigue and the pre-corrosion life increase gradually, and when the pre-corrosion reaches a certain degree, the influence coefficient of corrosion fatigue approaches 1, which means that the effect of corrosion fatigue can be ignored in the middle and later periods of the aircraft calendar life ; ② The corrosion fatigue influence coefficient shows a weak correlation with the load spectrum. Therefore, only a small amount of study on the influence factors of corrosion fatigue under constant amplitude spectrum can be done in the study of calendar life.
