随着经济全球化趋势深入发展,科技进步日新月异,我国经济结构调整不断加快,人力资源能力建设要求不断提高,高技能人才工作也面临严峻挑战。从总体上看,高技能人才工作基础薄弱,培养体系不完善,评价、激励、保障机制不健全,轻视技能劳动和技能劳动者的传统观念仍然存在。本文结合职业教育的实践对高技能人才的培养模式与方法进行了初步的探讨,提出了“三个适应,五个结合”的培养模式。
With the deepening economic globalization and the rapid progress in science and technology, the economic restructuring in our country is accelerating. The requirements for building human resources capacity are constantly increasing, and the work of highly skilled personnel is also facing severe challenges. Generally speaking, the traditional foundation of high-skilled personnel working foundation is weak, the training system is imperfect, evaluation, incentive and guarantee mechanism are not perfect, and the traditional concept of neglecting skilled workers and skilled workers still exists. This paper, based on the practice of vocational education, explores the cultivation modes and methods of highly skilled personnel preliminarily and puts forward the training mode of “three adaptations and five combinations”.
