非智力因素在学生学习成绩方面的作用受到人们普遍认同,但是教学中确实发现非智力因素在某些学生中没有促进其学习进步。本课题经过三个学期的实验认为,非智力因素的激发需要学生与教师的双向作用。良好的非智力因素对智力因素的充分发挥有促进作用,对智力的某些弱点有补偿作用,而不良的非智力因素对思维能力等智力因素的开发有扼制作用。
The role of non-intellectual factors in students’ academic performance is generally recognized, but teaching does find that non-intellectual factors do not promote the progress of learning in some students. After three semesters of this topic, we think that the stimulation of non-intellectual factors requires the two-way effect of students and teachers. Good non-intelligence factors can promote the full development of intelligence factors, compensate for some weaknesses of intelligence, and poor non-intellectual factors have a curb effect on the development of intellectual factors such as thinking ability.
