人血两种球蛋白用于被动免疫，主要预防和治疗多种传染病及两种球蛋白缺乏症。为确保临床使用和预防免疫中的安全性和有效性，我们对留样观察效期（2年半）后6mo制品的外观、pH、蛋白质含量、纯度、IgG各组分进行了检测，并与有效期内同批制品进行了对照，目的在于探讨制品的稳定性。
