利用~1H NMR技术,对各类瓜环与六次甲基四胺相互作用形成的自组装实体的结构进行了研究.结果显示,六次甲基四胺可与五元瓜环发生端口相互作用形成自组装分子胶囊壳以及一维超分子结构;与七元瓜环发生笼体相互作用可形成自组装的主客体包结物,六次甲基四胺盐酸盐与七元瓜环不仅发生笼体相互作用,同时还存在端口相互作用而形成自组装的分子胶囊.实验结果还表明,虽然具有相似的端口及内腔结构,十甲基取代的五元瓜环与六次甲基四胺没有明显作用;六次甲基四胺与六元瓜环以及八元瓜环也没有明显作用.
