针对现今用于温室内耕作的机械存在操作不灵便、作业人员劳动强度大和污染严重等问题,设计了一种适用于温室大棚犁耕作业的微型电动拖拉机,重点对整机电驱动系统主要部件的性能进行研究,完成了这些部件参数的计算和整机的空间布局;在此基础上,制作了温室微型电动拖拉机的样机。样机初步在道路和田间试验结果表明,整机满足设计要求,能够正常进行犁耕作业,且具有低碳环保、操作方便的优点。
In view of the problems of inconvenient operation, severe labor intensity and serious pollution of the machinery used in greenhouse cultivation, a mini electric tractor suitable for plowing in greenhouse was designed.
