随着市场竞争的日益激烈,现代企业的不断发展,人才越来越成为各行业领域成败的关键。特别是随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,人力资源管理已成为现代企业管理的重要一环。特别是对于我国电力企业而言更是如此。我国的电力企业长久以来作为一种特殊行业垄断经营,供电公司人事管理长期停留在行政事务性的工作,距离现代的人力资源管理还有很长的路要走。近年来,随着我国电力市场的深化改革,我国的电力企业的人力资源管理也逐步走向现代化和正规化。但要想进一步深化我国电力企业的人力资源管理还需要做出很大的努力和进一步的探索。本文主要针对如何加强电力企业人力资源管理进行深入的探讨,希望能够对广大电力企业加强人力资源管理有所帮助。
