水流量标准装置是用来高精度地复现流量值的一种流量测量装置。它不仅能够用于校准各种液体流量计,而且在研制新型流量计和其它流体力学实验研究中亦具有重要作用。因此,与任何其它物理量的标准或标准装置相比,它是投入人力物力最多、耗资最大的一种标准装置。由于国民经济和科学技术发展的需要,人们长期来致力于提高流量测量(首先是流量标准装置)的精度。在最常用的静态秤量法水流量标准装置中,换向器是产生测量误差的主要来源之一。
The water flow standard device is a flow measurement device used to reproduce the flow value with high accuracy. It can not only be used to calibrate a variety of liquid flowmeters, but also play an important role in the development of new flowmeters and other hydrodynamic experimental studies. As a result, it is the most cost-intensive and standard device to invest in manpower, compared to any other physical or standard device. Due to the needs of the national economy and the development of science and technology, people have long been devoted to improving the accuracy of flow measurement (above all, flow standard devices). Commutators are one of the main sources of measurement error in the most common static-volume water flow standards.
