在15t弱搅拌的复吹转炉中进行了应用贫锰矿的造渣和回收锰的试验,取得省去萤石、节约石灰、成渣迅速、减少喷溅和显著增加钢液含锰量的效果。研究指出:当温度、(∑FeO)一定时,熔池内[Mn]与(MmO)平衡,且接近理论值,因而具有工艺可控性,可减少渣量,使锰矿在转炉内的应用取得更大效益。
In the 15t weakly stirred composite blowing converter, the experiment of making slag and recovering manganese in lean manganese ore was carried out, and the effect of eliminating the need of fluorite, saving lime, rapidly forming into slag, reducing splashing and significantly increasing manganese content of molten steel was achieved.
