随着社会的进步,人事档案管理工作在单位人事管理中越来越受到重视。以往的人事档案管理主要是人员基本资料的搜集和整理,随着企事业单位职能的变化,人员的日益增多,开展档案管理工作的难度也就越来越大。文章分析了现阶段人事档案管理工作的不足进行,提出了一系列的人事档案管理方法与对策。在计算机时代的新时期下,人事档案管理工作的规范化已成定局。
With the progress of society, the management of personnel files has drawn more and more attention in unit personnel management. In the past, the management of personnel files mainly consisted of the collection and arrangement of basic personnel information. With the changes of the functions of enterprises and public institutions, the number of staff members increased day by day and the difficulty of carrying out the management of archives also became larger and larger. The article analyzes the shortcomings of personnel files management at the present stage and puts forward a series of methods and solutions for personnel file management. In the new era of computer age, the standardization of personnel files management is a foregone conclusion.
