We analyzed the causes and explored the treatment of nine patients with myasthenia gravis associated with thymoma after the operation. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of patients with MG are in line with clinical diagnostic criteria. Thymoma were confirmed by mediastinal CT or MRI diagnosis and surgical pathology; postoperative crisis based on a sudden increase in respiratory muscle weakness to make judgments. 4 males and 5 females, aged 11 ~ 54
