高等师范教育的培养目标是能够适应现代社会发展的高素质教师,尤其是培养实践能力强的教师。我国当前高等师范教育在课程设置、教学模式等方面仍然存在不足,实践能力培养的意识很淡薄,课程设置不够合理等等。本文阐述了当前高等师范学前专业教育中存在的不足,提出了具体的解决建议,目的是提高学前教育专业学生的实践能力,从而提升我们人才培养的质量。
The training goal of higher normal education is to be a high-quality teacher who can adapt to the development of modern society, especially to train practical teachers. The current higher normal education in our country still lacks in the aspects of curriculum setup and teaching mode, the awareness of practical ability cultivation is very weak, the curriculum is not reasonable enough, and so on. This article elaborates the shortcomings in current preschool education in higher normal colleges and puts forward specific solutions to solve the problems. The purpose is to improve the practical ability of preschool students and to improve the quality of our talents cultivation.
