据日本国际交流基金会统计,目前全国共有506所大学开设日语专业,每年近68万日语专业毕业生就业,这些毕业生并非都从事与日语相关的工作,绝大多数毕业生从事着与日语无关的工作。那么,针对这种就业方向的多样化,日语专业是否具备培养具有人际交往能力、协作能力、信息技术能力等全方位能力及完善人格的人才的能力呢?虽然各高校在大学高级阶段开设了日语专业方向课程,但面对符合国家、社会需求的更多更优秀人才的需求仍显得力不从心。因此,本文着重探讨高校内涵式发展下日语专业基础阶段的教学改革。
According to statistics from Japan Foundation for International Exchange, there are currently 506 universities in Japan offering Japanese majors, and nearly 680,000 Japanese graduates are employed each year. Not all of these graduates are engaged in Japanese-related work. Most graduates are engaged in non-Japanese-related work work. So, in view of the diversification of employment direction, is Japanese language ability capable of cultivating talents with all-round ability of interpersonal skills, collaboration ability and information technology ability and perfection of personality? Although colleges and universities have opened Japanese in the advanced stage of university Professional courses, but the face of the country, the needs of the community more and more outstanding talent needs still seem powerless. Therefore, this article focuses on the teaching reform of Japanese majors in the connotation-based development of colleges and universities.
