5月下旬,我们去山西省就企业思想政治工作的创新经验和影响企业思想政治工作效果的原因作了一次调查。几乎所有参加座谈会的同志都认为,实效性差,仍然是当前企业思想政治工作中存在的一个突出问题。大家认为,江泽民同志在中央思想政治工作会议上讲的“四个如何认识”的问题,还没有得到很好解决,进行新时期思想政治工作所需要的“根本的比较切合实际的基础”还很不牢固,这是影响当前思想政治工作实效性的根本原因。除此之外,就企业来说,还有以下因素:(一)一部分职工对思想政治教育包括媒体信任度降低。大家认为,思想政治教育的内容与职工的体验、感受一致时,才会产生好的效果。现在思想政治教育中存在的一个很大的问题是我们讲的宣传的那些情况与职工所体验、感受到的情况差距太大。例如,进行改革教育,我们总是讲改革使企业发展了,国家富强了,人民富裕了;进行形势教育,我
