耐久跑是高校体育教学大纲中的一项基本教学内容,也是《国家体育锻炼标准》中必测项目.然而长期以来,学生最怕上耐久跑课.怎样消除学生在耐久跑项目练习时的心理障碍,调动他们的练习热情,一直是个较难突破的课题.在近两年的教学中我们尝试以心理训练的方法,并结合多种练习手段寓于耐久跑的实践中,在消除学生心理障碍方面收到了显著的效果
