說明本文共分五部分。第一、二部分,如何支配時間与如何开展各校教研組間的合作,見本学报總第6期(1956年6月);第三、四部分,如何制訂工作計劃与如何培養師資與提高師資水平,分载本学报总第七期(1956年11月)與第8期(1957年1月)。本期所載的第五部分,主要內容,是以一学年来材料力学教研組內各位教師的工作時間統計結果为例,證明了教師工作时間的統計不仅是可能的而且是簡單易行的;由統計所得的結果都可以得出有用的結論,例如,即使在教學工作比較繁重的教研組,教師也並不是沒有進修時間的。在进行这样的統計分析之后,教研組就有條件进一步作好工作計划,而全校教師人力的調度,也就有了比較合理的依據钺?对今后如何進行时間統計,提出了几点改進意見。
This article is divided into five parts. How to make statistics on time in the future, and put forward some suggestions for improvement .
