采用大、小粒种子分别单种和大、小粒种子混合种植进行盆栽试验。研究表明：大粒种子形成的繁殖体较大，等级差异较小，产量较高；小粒种子形成的繁殖体较小，等级差异较大，产量较低；大小粒混值群的繁殖体其大小和差异变化不一，产量居中。
