目的探讨速度向量成像技术(velocity vector imaging,VVI)应用于评价高脂血症患者颈总动脉生物力学特征的价值。方法选择健康志愿者33例作为对照,利用VVI技术,比较其与30例高脂血症患者左侧颈总动脉短轴方向二维图像上各壁(前壁、内侧壁、后壁、外侧壁)的收缩期最大速度、应变及应变率间的差异。结果二维速度向量显示,高脂血症患者颈总动脉血管4个壁的收缩期最大速度、应变及应变率等参数均低于健康志愿者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VVI技术作为一种检测动脉弹性的方法,可显示颈总动脉管壁弹性特点,可以很好地评价高脂血症患者颈总动脉的生物力学特征。
Objective To investigate the value of velocity vector imaging (VVI) in evaluating the biomechanical characteristics of common carotid arteries in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods Thirty-three healthy volunteers were selected as controls. The VVI technique was used to compare the results with those of 30 patients with hyperlipidemia. The anterior wall, medial wall, posterior wall, lateral wall ) Systolic maximum velocity, strain and strain rate differences. Results The two-dimensional velocity vector showed that the maximum systolic velocity, strain and strain rate of carotid artery in four hyperlipidemic patients were significantly lower than those in healthy volunteers (P <0.05). Conclusion VVI technique, as a method of detecting arterial elasticity, can show the elasticity of the common carotid artery wall and can be used to evaluate the biomechanical characteristics of common carotid arteries in patients with hyperlipidemia.
