目的了解江苏省传疟媒介的种类、密度和季节变化,为控制疟疾流行提供科学依据。方法 2005-2009年,选择江苏省5个镇作为疟疾媒介监测点,采用夜间室外半通宵帐内人饵诱捕法和清晨蚊帐内(室内)搜捕法进行种群和季节变化调查。利用圆形分布法对5年逐月疟疾发病数据进行分析。结果 2005-2009年,江苏省5个疟疾媒介监测点仅捕获中华按蚊,中华按蚊密度高峰出现在7月上半月。疟疾发病高峰日出现于8月16日,疟疾病例分布与媒介的季节消长情况相吻合。结论疟疾防治中仍应继续加强媒介的监测与控制,警惕因中华按蚊密度升高而致疟疾疫情回升。
Objective To understand the species, density and seasonal variation of malaria transmission vectors in Jiangsu Province and provide a scientific basis for controlling malaria epidemic. Methods From 2005 to 2009, five towns in Jiangsu Province were selected as the monitoring points for malaria. Surveillance of population and season was carried out using human bait trapping method in nighttime outdoor half-overnight and early indoor mosquito netting (indoor). The circular distribution method was used to analyze the monthly malaria incidence data for 5 years. Results From 2005 to 2009, only 5 Anopheles sinensis was captured in 5 malaria surveillance stations in Jiangsu Province. The density peak of Anopheles sinensis appeared in the first half of July. The peak incidence of malaria occurred on August 16, and the distribution of malaria cases coincided with the seasonal fluctuation of the media. Conclusion Malaria should continue to strengthen the monitoring and control of the media in the prevention and treatment of malaria, and vigilance against the rise of malaria caused by the increased density of Anopheles sinensis.
