根据高校思想政治理论课程“2005”新方案,《思想道德修养与法律基础》课(以下简称“基础”课)于2006年秋季在全国普通高校中推行,是高校大一学生所开设的第一门思想政治理论课。至此,新方案实施已历经六年之久,但从实施的教学效果看却不尽如人意。在教学实践中,笔者发现,一大部分学生对此门课程并不感兴趣,真正听课的人很少,究其原因是多方面的,但其中之一是由于教材的内容本身政治性、理论性较强,比较抽象,而部分教师往往又采取“填鸭式”和“独角戏式”的教学方法,忽视与学生的互动,忽视理论与实际的结合,使学生感到课程枯燥,失去学习兴趣。笔者在教学实践中发现,将案例教学法引入到“基础”课中,有助于实现师生间的有效互动,促进学生将理论联系实际,化抽象为生动,从而提高教学效果。为此,笔者从教学实践出发,就“基础”课案例的选择以及使用,谈一些粗浅的看法。
