我国有部分农村和城市的人们历来有用锡壶盛酒饮用的习惯,导致铅中毒者时有报道。1982年4月至12月间,我们在职业病门诊时诊治了12例饮锡壶酒致铅中毒的患者。该12例患者曾先后在当地医院、卫生院门诊或住院过。多诊断为胃炎、阑尾炎、肠梗阻或病因未明等,经对症治疗效果不佳,且病情反复发作,后经详询病史疑似铅中毒,嘱其转来我站求诊。 In some parts of China, people in rural areas and cities have always had the habit of using tin pots to drink wine, leading to reports of lead poisoning.
