目的:建立一种决明子较为系统、适用的质量控制方法,为中国药典决明子质量标准修订提供建议。方法:建立了一种以大黄酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→3)-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、红镰霉素-6-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷(2)及决明内酯-9-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷(3)3种主要成分为指标的HPLC分析方法,并采用主成分分析法对结果进行分析。结果:对66批中国不同地区市售决明子进行含量测定及分析,并给出3个主要成分的限量。结论:该方法适用于中国市售决明子的质量评价,并可作为目前决明子质量标准的有效补充。
Objective: To establish a more systematic and applicable quality control method for Cassia to provide suggestions for the revision of quality standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Cassia. METHODS: A new method was established to synthesize chrysophanol with chrysophanol-1-β-D-glucose- (1 → 3) -β-D-glucose- (HPLC-MS) method for the determination of three main components of the three major components of the gentamicin-6-O-β-D-gentiobioside (2) And the principal component analysis of the results of the analysis. Results: Sixty-six batches of cassia seeds in different regions of China were determined and analyzed, and the limits of three major components were given. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the quality evaluation of Chinese cassia seed, and can be used as an effective supplement to the present cassia quality standard.
