大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glycines,SCN)病是一种重要的大豆病害,以休眠胞囊越冬。为明确休眠期SCN的生理代谢变化,采用分光光度仪测定了休眠期SCN体内几种关键酶活性。结果表明:海藻糖酶(trehalase,TRE)、糖原磷酸化酶(glycogen phoshorylase,GP)、山梨醇脱氢酶(NAD-sorbitol dehydrogenase,NAD-SDH)、磷酸果糖激酶(phospho-fructokinase,PFK)、丙酮酸激酶(pyruvate,PK)和果糖1,6-二磷酸羧醛酶(fructosel,6-bisphosphotase,FBP)均与SCN休眠密切相关,进入休眠SCN体内海藻糖酶活性迅速升高,糖原磷酸化酶活性也显著升高,有利于海藻糖所需碳源的供给,而磷酸果糖激酶、丙酮酸激酶、果糖1,6-二磷酸羧醛酶和山梨醇脱氢酶4种酶活性均显著降低,休眠解除后活性回升。
Heterodera glycines (SCN) is an important soybean disease that overwinters dormant cysts.
