闪光点没有固定的标准,因人、因事、因时而异,教师要用全面的、发展的、科学的眼光来审视。要进行个体纵向比较多维度、多层次地比出“闪光点”;要尊重学生个体差异,用客观公正、动态多元、创新思维的评价方式,评出闪光点。教师要放大学生的优点,从错误中寻找闪光点,让闪光点成为持续发展的动力。
There is no fixed standard flash point, because of people, things, vary from time to time, teachers should use a comprehensive, developmental and scientific perspective to examine. To carry out vertical and horizontal comparison of multiple dimensions, multi-level comparison out of “flash point”; to respect individual differences in students, with objective and fair, dynamic and diverse, innovative thinking evaluation method, the assessment of the flash point. Teachers should enlarge the students’ merits, look for the bright spots from the mistakes and make the bright spots the driving force for sustainable development.
