针对国际钻井惯例与国内钻井作业习惯的差异及对钻井设备的特殊要求，为增强参与国际钻井市场竞争能力，对国产ZJ45J钻机进行了若干技术改造，整改项目包括钻机底座、套管扶正台、脚踏油门、钻井参数仪、钻井液计量罐、钻井液地面配制系统和电路系统等。改造后的样机由国际权威Moduspec公司做功能测试，并原则上予以认可。经过一口井的钻井作业考验，国际石油公司认为，改造的ZJ45J钻机虽然在某些方面仍存在不足，但基本满足钻井工艺的需要。
In view of the differences between international drilling practices and domestic drilling habits and the special requirements for drilling equipment, a number of technological transformations have been made to domestic ZJ45J drilling rigs to enhance their participation in the international drilling market. The rectification projects include drilling rig base, casing righting platform, Tread, drilling parameters, drilling fluid measuring tank, drilling fluid preparation system and the ground system. After the transformation of the prototype by the international authority Moduspec do functional testing, and in principle be recognized. After a well drilling test, IOC believes that the modified ZJ45J drilling rig although in some aspects there are still deficiencies, but basically meet the needs of drilling technology.
