回顾涂塑制牙的历史,提出对此法应肯定其省工、省料、并可减轻劳动强度的优点;同时积极克服原用自凝塑胶存在的三个缺点,并延长涂塑成形的允许操作时间,形成相应工艺,则可达到与常规加热聚合法所制义齿相当的质量水平,进而超过传统法的质量.作者针对上述目标,研制出了以BACO引发促进体系配成的涂塑材料.配合材料研制和将来气压聚合法的推广应用,又研制了多气源简易压力聚合器.通过6年多的临床应用,证明效果很好,并总结形成了一套操作工艺.本部分先侧重介绍器材的性能.
