目的:研究不同区间PSADTZ中瞬时受体电位p8(Trp-p8)蛋白在PSA“灰区”前列腺组织中的表达规律,探讨两者联合测定在前列腺癌早期诊断中的作用。方法:通过免疫组织化学的方法研究了不同区间PSADTZ中良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌样本各30例,采用图文数据成像分析系统判定各组织中Trp-p8蛋白的表达强度,分析其差异性,揭示其与PSADTZ之间的关系。结果:良性前列腺增生组织中Trp-p8蛋白的表达强度较弱,而在前列腺癌组织中Trp-p8蛋白呈不同程度的高强度表达,且在高区间PSADTZ组中的表达强度更高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:Trp-p8在PSA灰区前列腺组织中的表达存在差异,而且这种表达差异与PSADTZ值呈正相关。通过测定Trp-p8蛋白的表达强度结合PSADTZ区间值,可以提供一个预测区间,对处于此区间的患者严密随访,通过增加穿刺频率以便早期筛查出前列腺癌患者。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of p8 (Trp-p8) in PSA “gray zone ” prostate tissue in PSADTZ in different regions and to explore the role of the combination of these two in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods: Thirty cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer in PSADTZ were studied by immunohistochemical method. The expression intensity of Trp-p8 protein in each tissue was determined by image analysis system. The difference was revealed Its relationship with PSADTZ. Results: The expression of Trp-p8 protein in benign prostatic hyperplasia was weak, whereas the expression of Trp-p8 in prostate hyperplasia was higher than that in PSADTZ group, the difference was significant Statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: The expression of Trp-p8 in PSA gray matter area of prostate tissue is different, and this difference is positively correlated with PSADTZ value. By measuring the intensity of Trp-p8 expression in conjunction with PSADTZ interval values, a predictive interval can be provided for close follow-up of patients in this interval by increasing the frequency of priming for early screening of prostate cancer patients.
