目的了解我国水质检测实验室的铁、锰检测能力。方法 2008年国家认证认可监督管理委员会组织实施了生活饮用水中铁、锰检测能力验证工作。全国30个省、市自治区的180个实验室参加了本次能力验证,推荐的测试方法为《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB/T5750—2006中的方法。采用稳健统计技术对结果进行统计分析。结果共收回180个实验室的两个浓度铁的180份测试结果,两个浓度锰的179份测试结果。获得满意结果的实验室127家,占参加单位的70.56%;获可疑结果的16家,占参加单位的8.88%;获不满意结果的37家,占参加单位的20.56%。对获满意结果的实验室,直接给予通过;可疑结果,提醒实验室注意随机误差,不进行复测;对37家不满意结果的实验室,重新发样复测,最终结果仍不满意的共5家。结论参加能力验证的绝大多数实验室可以准确检测生活饮用水中的铁、锰。
Objective To understand the detection ability of iron and manganese in our water quality testing laboratory. Methods In 2008, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China organized and implemented the verification of iron and manganese detection capability in domestic drinking water. 180 laboratories in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities nationwide participated in this capacity verification. The recommended test method is the method in Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water GB / T5750-2006. Statistic analysis of the results using robust statistical techniques. Results A total of 180 test results for two concentrations of iron in 180 laboratories and 179 test results for two concentrations of manganese were retrieved. 127 laboratories with satisfactory results, accounting for 70.56% of the participating units; 16 with suspicious results, accounting for 8.88% of the participating units; and 37 with unsatisfactory results, accounting for 20.56% of the participating units. The results were satisfactory laboratory directly passed; suspicious results, to remind the laboratory to pay attention to random errors, no retest; 37 unsatisfactory results of the laboratory, re-re-test, the final result is still not satisfied with the total 5. Conclusion Most laboratories attending proficiency testing can accurately detect iron and manganese in drinking water.
