随着中国财产保险市场的逐渐放开,我国国有财险公司的人力资源管理模式面临很大挑战。当前,我国国有财险公司必须首先努力解决三个方面的问题,一是围绕公司战略重新设计各级公司的组织结构,提高公司的整体战略执行能力;二是通过工作分析明确岗位职责和绩效标准,建立规范的绩效管理体系,解决人浮于事和工作效率低的问题;三是改革原有的资历性薪酬体系,强化能力和绩效在薪酬体系中的决定作用。
