In 1913, Abel et al first applied artificial kidney to clinical treatment of acute poisoning. With the continuous improvement and development of artificial kidney, the current 5-year survival rate of uremic patients has reached over 70% by hemodialysis. Cardiovascular disease is a common complication of uremia and one of the first causes of death. About 40%. We conducted a total of 1742 hemodialysis studies on 24 patients with uremia, and 3 had atrial fibrillation eight times during hemodialysis.
