摘 要:运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,从太原理工大学健美运动爱好者中选取80名学生为调查对象,并对发生运动损伤的原因进行重点统计分析。结果显示:准备活动不充分、思想上不够重视、着装不当、运动负荷过大、身体素质差是造成运动损伤的主要原因。针对以上原因得出健美运动爱好者需要在平时的锻炼中提高认识,普及运动损伤的防护知识,并进行充分的热身活动和放松整理,强调坚持全面锻炼、遵循循序渐进的原则等预防措施和建议。

(College of Physical Education, Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan 030024, Shanxi China)Abstract:Adopting methods of literature consultation and questionnaire investigation, sampling 80 students from aerobics amateurs in Taiyuan University of Technology as investigation objects, this research focuses on statistical analysis on causes of sports injury. Results are as follows: main causes of sports injury are insufficient warm-up, attaching no ideological importance, inappropriate dress, high intensity exercise and poor health condition. Prevention measures and suggestions are provided according to aforementioned causes. Aerobics amateur should increase awareness and popularize sports injury protection knowledge in exercise, warm up and cool down sufficiently, insist on overall exercise and follow the principal of step by step.
Key words: aerobics exercise; aerobics amateur; cause of injury; prevention measures在诸多高校,健身房逐渐吸引越来越多的大学生在课余时间参加健美锻炼,其目标逐渐由好玩、简单的参与上升为增强体质、发展体能、改善体型体态和强健体魄的高度。随着健美锻炼的深入,学生们在健美锻炼中发生运动损伤的事件不断发生,这不仅使学生造成身体上的损伤,更挫伤了其锻炼的积极性。针对学生参加的健美锻炼活动,认真分析其损伤的原因,并掌握规律以指导学生的健美锻炼,对预防运动损伤的产生、学生的安全和增加其锻炼的信心有着重要的作用[1]。学生的好动、好胜行为以及对健美运动认识的片面性,使他们易出现运动损伤。本文就太原理工大学参加健美运动发生损伤的原因进行重点阐述分析,为学生更好地参加健美运动提供理论依据。
