为保证掘进支锚作业平台安全高效的工作,针对支撑摇臂最大受力位置,采用ANSYS软件对掘进支锚作业平台支撑摇臂的上极限位置工况进行分析。模态分析表明应加强支撑摇臂前端销轴处的强度,以防止支撑摇臂因振动造成结构破坏。研究结果可为掘进支锚作业平台的优化设计提供参考。
In order to ensure safe and efficient tunneling work platform support, in order to support the maximum force position of the rocker arm, ANSYS software is used to analyze the upper limit position of rocker arm supported by the supporting platform. Modal analysis shows that the strength of the pin shaft supporting the front end of the rocker arm should be strengthened so as to prevent the structure of the rocker arm from being damaged due to vibration. The research results can provide references for the optimal design of the tunneling and anchoring work platform.
