输卵管妊娠是异位妊娠中最常见的一种,约占80％左右。临床上很少应用CT检查,因而有关本病的CT诊断报告也很少见。本文报告经CT检查的5例输卵管妊娠(其中4例经手术病理证实,另1例由临床证实),旨在提高对本病的CT表现的认识。 病例报告 例1 患者34岁。反复左下腹痛13天,伴阴道少量出血,抗炎治疗后症状缓解,无明确停经史。妇检:子宫增大,盆腔左侧扪及一包块,边界不清,触痛著,宫颈无举痛。尿TT(-)。临床考虑卵巢肿瘤?炎性肿块?B超检查示子宫左前方混合性肿块,提示炎性包块。CT检 Tubal pregnancy is the most common type of ectopic pregnancy, accounting for about 80%. CT rarely used in clinical examination, so the CT diagnosis of the disease is also rare. This article reports 5 cases of tubal pregnancy by CT examination (4 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology, and the other one clinically confirmed) to improve the understanding of the CT findings of the disease.
