上海小系车灯有限公司合资4年来,发展变化较大,去年的利税总额是合资前的6.8倍,经济效益综合指数在上海汽车工业总公司所属各单位的排名已从第19位上升到第4位,日本小系有关人士把上海小系列为这家日本企业在海外(美国、泰国、台湾、上海)的四家合资企业中的最佳企业。上海小系合资后,我一直担任公司总经理。4年来我的一条重要体会是:厂长、经理要管好企业,必须以两种身份,作两种投入,抓两个到位。就是说:厂长、经理不仅是企业生产经营工作的领导者,而且也是企业精神文明建设的指挥者;
