1990~ 1994年 ,从新疆地区的蚊、蜱和病人血清分离了多株病毒 ,为了明确这些病毒的分类地位 ,对其中的2 0株病毒进行了组织培养细胞感染实验和血清学检验 ,对部分毒株做了动物接种实验和理化性质鉴定。结果显示 :2 0株病毒均可使BHK 2 1细胞病变 (1~ 3天 ) ,主要表现为细胞圆缩 ,聚集 ,融合 ,破碎 ,脱落等 ;致Vero细胞病变为 2~ 4天 ;15株病毒致C6 / 36细胞病变 (2~ 4天 ) ,5株病毒对C6 / 36细胞连续观察 7天未见细胞病变。 11株病毒对乳鼠 2~ 4天致死 ,对成年鼠 2~ 5天致死。选取 6株病毒进行理化性质鉴定 ,4株病毒 (90 2 6 0、910 0 2、910 0 4和 910 2 8)对 5 氟脱氧尿苷耐受 ,对乙醚和酸敏感 ,提示为有膜RNA病毒 ;一株病毒 (90 2 6 5 )对 5 氟脱氧尿苷、乙醚和酸均敏感 ,提示为有膜DNA病毒 ;另一株病毒 (90 5 9)对 5 氟脱氧尿苷耐受 ,对乙醚和酸也耐受 ,提示可能为无膜RNA肠道病毒。 2 0株病毒中 ,17株病毒与甲病毒、乙型脑炎病毒和布尼亚病毒的特异性免疫腹水不反应 ,提示这些病毒中可能不存在甲病毒、黄病毒和布尼亚病毒 ;3株病毒 (90 2 6 0、910 0 2和 910 0 4)只与甲病毒的特异性免疫腹水反应 ,与乙型脑炎病毒和布尼亚病毒的不反应 ,提示这三株病毒为甲病毒。
From 1990 to 1994, many viruses were isolated from the mosquitoes, ticks and patient sera in Xinjiang. In order to clarify the taxonomic status of these viruses, 20 of them were infected with tissue culture cells and serological tests. Strain made animal experiments and identification of physical and chemical properties. The results showed that 20 strains of virus could cause the lesions of BHK 2 1 cells (1 ~ 3 days), which were characterized by rounding, aggregation, fusion, fragmentation and shedding of cells; the lesions of Vero cells were 2-4 days; Virus induced C6 / 36 cell lesions (2 to 4 days), 5 strains of virus C6 / 36 cells observed for 7 days without cytopathic effect. Eleven strains of the virus died on the suckling mice 2-4 days, 2 to 5 days in adult mice. Six viruses were selected for physical and chemical characterization. Four viruses (90 2 60, 90 0 2, 910 0 4, and 910 2 8) were tolerant to 5-fluorodeoxyuridine and were sensitive to ether and acid, suggesting membrane-bound RNA A virus (90 2 6 5) was sensitive to 5-fluorodeoxyuridine, ether and acid, suggesting a membrane DNA virus; the other virus (90 5 9) was resistant to 5-fluorodeoxyuridine Ether and acid are also tolerated, suggesting a possible membraneless RNA enterovirus. Of the 20 strains of viruses, 17 strains of viruses did not react with the specific immunity ascites of alphavirus, Japanese encephalitis virus and Bunyavirus, suggesting that alphavirus, flavivirus and bunyavirus may not exist in these 20 viruses; (90 2600, 910102 and 910 0 4) reacted only with specific immunodeficiency ascites of alphavirus and nonresponsive with encephalitis virus and bunyavirus, suggesting that these three viruses are alphavirus.
