利用商业软件fluent研究了不同煤粉喷吹量和粒径下高炉下部压力场的变化。分析得出以下结论:在一定范围内,随着煤粉喷吹量增加,风口回旋区内绝对压力呈线性增加;大喷吹量会使高炉中心轴线、炉墙和死料柱截面上的压力增大;煤粉粒径由20~30μm增加到110~150μm,高炉中心轴线、炉墙和死料柱截面上的压力也会增大。
The commercial software fluent was used to study the changes of the pressure field in the lower part of the blast furnace under different pulverized coal injection volume and particle size. The following conclusions are drawn: Within a certain range, with the increase of coal injection volume, the absolute pressure in the tuyere area of the tuyere increases linearly; the large injection quantity will make the central axis of the blast furnace, the pressure on the furnace wall and the section of the dead column Increase; coal particle size increased from 20 ~ 30μm to 110 ~ 150μm, the central axis of the blast furnace, furnace wall and dead-column cross-section of the pressure will increase.
