吴苓汤是陈镜合教授首创,于七十年代已收载在《千家妙方》下册。吴苓汤以伤寒论的吴茱萸汤与苓桂术甘汤合方而成,内含吴茱萸、生姜、大枣、党参、茯苓、桂枝、白术、甘草等。全方具温经散寒、除痰通络的作用。通过20多年再实践,发现该方除治疗眩晕外,对血管神经性头痛、慢性胃炎或肠炎、高血压病、慢性心功能不全等的治疗有较好疗效。现将陈教授应用吴苓汤临床医案介绍如下,以飨读者。1眩晕邱某,男,32岁,ID号:3817765。2014年4月29日
