近年来,随着我国工业化进程的加快,我国的煤田地质工作也迎来了轰轰烈烈的快速发展阶段。而人力资源管理与开发,作为一门新兴学科,其是融合了国际上用于人事管理的前沿技术与先进理念而逐步形成的一门学科。其在很大程度上对于我国煤田事业的发展起着至关重要的作用。因此,本文将从现如今我国煤田地质工作系统中在人力资源管理方面存在的不足之处,以及如何能够提高我国煤田地质系统的人力资源管理与开发两方面进行阐述。
In recent years, with the acceleration of industrialization in our country, the geological work of coalfields in our country has ushered in a vigorous and rapid phase of development. Human resources management and development, as a new discipline, is a discipline that is gradually formed by integrating the cutting-edge technologies and advanced concepts used for personnel management in the world. To a large extent, it plays a crucial role in the development of China’s coalfield. Therefore, this article will elaborate from the shortcomings in human resources management of coal geological work system in our country nowadays and how to improve the human resources management and development of China’s coalfield geological system.
